The story
Richard Neutra designed this 3,000-plus-square-foot hillside house for screenwriter Stephen Lord in 1960. Completed in 1962, it remained with the Lord family until 2021. Its current owners undertook a careful year-long restoration, preserving the expansive glass walls, rough concrete floors, warm timber and commanding valley views of this rare Lost Neutra.
